This time, Peak will be focusing on attracting the brightest fresher software engineering talent to join its growing team in Jaipur.

Applicants for the internship at Peak can take part by filling in a simple online application. The company will invite the successful candidate to complete four hiring stages, including a coding challenge, rapid interviews with the software engineering team, and a culture fit discussion with the co-founder and CTO, Atul Shama. The participants on the day will be asked to demonstrate their creative and problem-solving skills and prior experience with JavaScript, Python and Go, database systems such as Postgres and Dynamo, and show an understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
